Then, with each breath you draw, tense your muscles. As you exhale, relax those muscles. This very simple exercise will help you relax a great deal. Begin this with your toes and go up to your neck for a complete relaxation experience.

2. Foot Massage

You can give yourself a foot massage any time of the day. You just need to be in a comfortable position where you will be able to reach your feet. Begin with stroking your feet smoothly from toe to ankle. Then proceed to massaging your sole. In case you wear heels regularly, a sole massage is very important. You can use your knuckles for this. Then massage each and every toe separately.

The purpose of massaging is to ensure that you get relaxed.
